Red Ash or Green Ash - Fraxinus pennsylvanica Marsh.

Also called Red Ash, Soft ash, River ash, Brown ash, Rim ash, Prarie ash, Lance-leaved ash, Hillside ash, and Darlington ash. The trees are wind-pollinated and dioecious and occurs in central and eastern N America. [More info and distribution map from Silvics of North America]
